must submit the original sales receipt when making a claim.
The
warranty period begins at the time you receive the Ekornes® product
in your home. If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is necessary
for you to promptly
notify the authorized retailer. If it is impossible to notify the retailer,
please submit your

makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose and all other implied warranties are specifically
disclaimed. The
limited warranty offered by Ekornes® is your sole and exclusive
remedy and in lieu of all
others, express or implied. In no event, will Ekornes® be liable
to you for any damages,
including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use
or inability to use the
Ekornes® product.
This
warranty only protects you when you purchase an Ekornes® product
from one of its authorized retailers.
This
warranty only applies when you have purchased Ekornes® furniture
for
your own normal indoor use.
This
warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated "AS
IS"
at the time of purchase.
